You can cancel for a full refund any time before we send your first draft. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your transaction ID.
If we do not deliver your resume within 72 hours of payment confirmation, you can ask for a full refund.
Once your resume is delivered, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you get unlimited revisions for 30 days until you are happy with it.
Approved refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from within 5 to 7 working days.
